exStrat Terms of Use
1. Definitions
SaaS exStrat: a web platform designed to assist in the formalization and simulation of profit-taking strategies on crypto-assets, intended solely for educational and informational purposes. It serves as a portfolio tracking tool and for the technical execution of orders on partner exchanges.
User: any individual who has accepted the Terms and Conditions and uses the exStrat platform.
Crypto-assets : digital assets recorded on a blockchain, including notably cryptocurrencies, utility tokens or tokens.
Exchange : third-party platform for trading or exchanging crypto-assets, with which the user holds a personal account.
API: a programming interface enabling the technical connection between the user's exchange account and the exStrat platform, in accordance with conditions set by the third-party exchange.
Order: an instruction given by the user to sell (or, where applicable, buy) a specified quantity of a crypto-asset at a defined limit price on a partner exchange.
Educational Templates: standardized scenario examples provided by exStrat for informational purposes, without any promise of results or personalized advice.
2. Purpose of the Service
exStrat provides a technical interface service for planning, structuring, and transmitting orders related to exit strategies on crypto assets.
The platform enables users to:
● Centralize the viewing of their portfolio with compatible exchanges.
● Informatively visualize the balance of positions and the performance of crypto assets.
● Structure and simulate sale scenarios exclusively defined by the user.
● Activate the manual triggering of order transmission to exchanges via API.
The service serves an exclusively informative, educational, and illustrative purpose. No investment advice, personalized recommendations, or promises of return or performance are provided.
exStrat is not a regulated investment service, nor a financial advisor.
3. Service Access and Account Creation
Access to the exStrat platform is subject to prior and unconditional acceptance of the Terms of Use.
Registration requires the provision of an email address and the creation of personal credentials. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials, as well as any fraudulent or unauthorized use of their account.
Security measures (authentication, account locking, API access management) are implemented to maintain the technical security of accounts.
The user agrees to use exStrat in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Any abusive or non-compliant use may result in the suspension or deletion of the account.
4. Technical Requirements
Access to the service requires a compatible browser, a stable Internet connection, and the prior creation of a user account.
Compatibility with certain partner exchanges may evolve and is specified on the platform. The user must have their own API credentials and manually connect them according to the requirements of the respective exchange. The use of each API remains subject to the third-party exchange's terms of use (rate limits, API key-related rights, etc.).
5. How the Features Work
Portfolio Reading
Connection via API allows for the centralization and tracking of the user's portfolio, without access or operation on the funds themselves. Technical connectors are limited to processing only the data necessary for portfolio modeling and monitoring.
exStrat does not have access to users' funds or private keys.
Strategies and Simulations
The user independently defines, sets parameters, and formalizes their own sales strategies (selecting assets, tiers, prices, volumes). The platform solely provides organizational and visualization tools, as well as standardized templates for educational purposes.
The service neither personalizes nor adapts scenarios based on the user's profile or individual data. All simulations depend on the parameters manually entered by the user.
Alerts and Notifications
Alerts are generated based on thresholds and parameters defined by the user. They are purely informational and technical in nature and do not constitute purchase or sale recommendations at any time.
Order Transmission
The user specifies all order parameters (quantity, price, choice of exchange), then explicitly validates each order or list of orders before technical transmission to the exchange via the API. Transmission occurs only following a voluntary and informed user action, on a detailed summary screen.
The platform functions solely as a technical channel for order transmission and does not perform any execution, modification, or subsequent cancellation of orders.
The user can revoke API access or disable strategies at any time.
6. No investment advice and no investment services
exStrat does not provide any personalized investment advice. No content, data, or alerts present on the platform should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold a crypto asset.
exStrat is neither a financial advisor, a regulated investment service, nor a digital asset service provider (PSAN / PSCA). No mandate, discretionary management, or individualized advice is implemented.
7. Lack of discretionary management and user control
exStrat does not perform discretionary portfolio management. All decisions (creation, configuration, validation, order transmission) are exclusively the responsibility of the user.
No feature allows exStrat to place orders without explicit consent, modify order parameters, select an exchange on behalf of the user, or perform automated or deferred execution.
8. Order Transmission via API and the Strictly Technical Role of exStrat
exStrat acts solely as a technical channel to route orders to partner exchanges via their APIs, without intervention, management, or enrichment of the transmitted data.
Transmission is conducted exclusively at the explicit initiative of the user, following detailed review and summary validation of each parameter. There is no automatic generation or suggestion by the platform.
exStrat does not participate in the execution, cancellation, management, or modification of orders after their technical transmission. The provider's role is limited to technical routing and the traceability of dispatches.
9. Responsibilities and Limitations of Liability
The user remains solely responsible for the choices, simulations, and decisions regarding their investments. Any grouped or individual transmission of orders is carried out at the initiative and under the exclusive responsibility of the user.
exStrat's responsibility is limited to the compliant technical transmission of orders. It cannot be held liable for execution, non-execution, execution delays, technical failures of partner exchanges, price variations, fees charged by exchanges, or any indirect, intangible, or speculative loss resulting from the use of the service.
exStrat disclaims any liability for losses related to investment decisions or actions of exchanges. No guarantee of results or personal suitability is provided.
exStrat’s responsibility cannot, under any circumstances, be extended beyond the mandatory legal obligations.
10. Risks Associated with Crypto-Assets
Investing in crypto-assets involves significant risks, including the total or partial loss of the invested capital, high price volatility, regulatory risks (changes in the legal framework), and technical risks related to exchanges and wallets (security, cyberattacks, unavailability).
The user is strongly encouraged to gather information, assess the risks, and consult an independent advisor before making any investment decisions.
11. Risks related to exchanges, APIs, outages, errors, latency
The use of API connectors and third-party services (exchanges) exposes the user to the following risks:
● Network latency or unavailability.
● Order acceptance or rejection.
● Technical or functional errors of exchanges.
● Changes or interruptions in APIs.
● Technical security and access protection.
The user solely assumes the risks associated with the market operation, exchanges, and technical infrastructure.
12. Security, Access, and Usage of API Keys
No API key, login, or credential is stored in plain text on exStrat servers. Only a technical cryptographic reference may be retained for traceability purposes, with no potential for use or extraction.
The user remains fully responsible for the security of their API keys, access, and management of associated rights. They authorize exStrat to use the API key exclusively for the transmission of orders that they have validated. This authorization does not constitute a mandate, portfolio management, or delegation of power, and can be revoked at any time.
exStrat does not hold, have access to, or possess the ability to intervene in users' exchange accounts.
13. Availability, maintenance, service evolution, beta version
exStrat does not guarantee the continuous availability of the service, which may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, upgrades, or improvements.
Access to certain beta features may be offered on an experimental basis, without performance guarantee. exStrat's liability is then limited and enhanced for any loss or damage related to the use of non-final versions.
These Terms of Use are applicable upon their publication and may be modified unilaterally by exStrat, subject to prior notification in case of significant changes.
14. User Data, Privacy, and GDPR
exStrat collects and processes technical logs for security and traceability purposes (IP address, session, nature and status of transmitted orders). Usage statistics are processed in an anonymized form to enhance the service.
No personal data is utilized to customize features or adapt the tool to the user's situation.
The user has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data, within the limits and conditions defined by the GDPR.
Data processing is more precisely described in the privacy policy to which these T&C refer. It is the user's responsibility to review this document to understand their rights, legal bases, and data retention period.
15. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the exStrat software, its interfaces, contents, templates, and documentation belong to the publisher. The user is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use, limited to the duration of registration or subscription, unless unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution occurs.
Copyright © 2026 exStrat, all rights reserved.
16. Duration, Termination, Account Deletion
The terms of use agreement is concluded for an indefinite period or for the duration of the subscribed subscription. The user may terminate at any time by closing their account. exStrat may suspend or terminate an account in case of serious misconduct (fraud, security breach, abuse, or violation of the Terms of Use).
The deletion of the account results in the removal of the user's profile access, subject to the retention of necessary logs for legal or security reasons.
17. Pricing, Payment, Subscription, Billing, and Renewal
The exStrat service is offered based on a flat subscription model that is not linked to the volume of orders submitted. Pricing terms (duration, billing, trial periods, renewal) are specified on the platform and at the time of subscription.
Any cancellation by the user or non-renewal results in the termination of access to the platform at the end of the contractual term.
18. Support and Contact
Support is accessible via email, form, or potentially chat during the hours specified on the platform. exStrat does not guarantee any specific response time and does not provide personalized investment advice.
19. Compliance and Anti-abuse
Any attempt at fraud, technical circumvention, security breach, or misuse of the service may result in immediate suspension of access, without prejudice to applicable legal remedies.
The user undertakes to comply with all applicable laws, including, where applicable, KYC/AML obligations imposed by partner exchanges. exStrat reserves the right to cooperate with any competent authority in case of requisition or legal proceedings.
The use of the service for money laundering, sanctions evasion, or technical attacks is strictly prohibited.
20. Governing Law, Competent Jurisdiction, Mediation
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction of the publisher's registered office, without prejudice to any protections that may apply to European consumers.
A mediation or amicable settlement scheme may be offered in compliance with current legal requirements.
21. Miscellaneous Provisions
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entirety of the agreement between the user and the publisher.
In case of partial nullity, the other provisions shall remain in full effect.
Force majeure suspends the execution of contractual obligations for its duration.
exStrat reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time, with prior notification to users for any significant changes. Each user is encouraged to regularly review the Terms and Conditions available on the platform.
